It may take a while for it to register and to be awarded to you, I’d say give it a day and if nothing has appeared then you should contact 343 by email or contact their support hub.

I believe too, that this guy is correct.
Watching the first episode gets you the helmet and the complete series gets you the body armor.
Maybe it is tied to the halo channel.

I watched nightfall when The MC Collection came out. It unlocked for me though. I agree with the others to wait and if it doesn’t show up, contact 343.
