Did it have the sixteen digit code for armor? If not then no. For those of us who got the armor for watching nightfall actually got a card with a code on it. Also nightfall armor is in the req system so you you can get it in packs as well. But I have nightfall on DVD as well it’s pretty good I think.

Make sure you have plenty of REQ Points because the RNG system is just so tedious to deal with. Hell, the Nightfall set could be the last items you acquire…
so I take it that i don’t get it, damm. Oh well I’ll keep being caboose for now.
Check your disks special features? Or put it into the disk drive and see if there’s an alternative boot up besides the DVD playing? (Like how old DVDS which would do something different if you put it into an original xbox/360 or PS2/3.

Yes, so you would have to open hundreds of packs to get specific legendaries. Or you could spend 5 minutes spamming RB on the Nightfall series…

maybe im just misunderstanding what they mean by random…but does that not create the opportunity to get any particular set in as few as two or three gold packs? while i will gladly admit that scenario is unlikely, it certainly does not mean that you absolutely ‘have to open hundreds of packs’ to get what you want.
Or you could just unlock through gold packs. That’s how I got mine

The fact is, even with 3 packs, that’s 30K. Watching the series costs nothing and takes items out of the REQ pool to make it easier to get the ones you want. I don’t see why you would even attempt at using the REQ system to get the armour
You should be able to watch nightfall on the halo app and get it. Just turn it on when youre about to do something non gaming related and let it play in the background. Imo though the armor looks really bad lol. To each their own though
