Have watched all the videos and the rewards do say I have it unlocked, any suggestions?

Yes, although you can get it in some bundles like the Master Chief Collection, which I have but I haven’t watched them yet.
@OP My suggestion is that you make sure you are signed in and have watched them completely, also maybe it takes a while for the system to see that you have watched them all so you might just have to wait.

Yeah, I thought it was free too. Sadly it’s not. Well, it’s free if you got the Master Chief Collection.

Huh, I don’t know how to help, I’ll try to get it tomorrow, then I might know the solution.
Make sure you are looking in the right place. Halo 5 has two armor customization screens, but only one of them shows the nightfall and Mark VI armor’s for me. If you can see greyed out armors that you haven’t unlocked, you are in the wrong place.
Hey 343! Fix this glitch!
As for the topic at hand, yeah, I see the helmet and armor unlocked in the customization screen, where you can change your appearance, but in the collection screen where you can see all your unlocked REQ cards and stuff, it’s greyed out as still locked when viewed on Halo Waypoint/Channel.
On the Xbox One, it sometimes shows as unlocked, other times as locked.
Watch the Nightfall series on the Waypoint app for your xbox.

You have to fully watch Nightfall meaning all the way through til it stops. Also has anyones MCC armor not unlocked? My scarred armor isn’t there and I have the achievement
to unlock nightfall, did we have to buy MCC, or can we unlock it w/ halo 5??

I still cant watch Nightfall. I got it to work ONCE a year ago, but only watched 1 episode. It isnt fixed still. It says I should buy Nightfall when i already have done so by buying MCC and entering the god -Yoink!- code. Nightfall is installed on my Xbox and yet I cant watch it. 343 FIX ThIS -Yoinking!- issue you -Yoinking!- people!

I have my nightfall armor just not scarred… Still working on helioskrill
I watched Nightfall (bought Halo MCC) and all the second stories on the Halo channel on XBOne, and it shows that I got all the rewards in the app, but the armor hasn’t unlocked in Halo 5.
