Where did you buy Nightfall? If you got it outside of the Microsoft Store, you won’t be able to earn the Nightfall armor set like that. In addition, you need to watch the series through the Halo Channel app in order to get it. Some physical copies of MCC come with a free Nightfall code for you to redeem to get it that way.

I did the same thing and I still wasn’t given the armor, wither.

To add to this, you can’t get the armour by watching through the Movies and TV app.
The armour itself is in the General REQ pool now and can be obtained by opening gold packs. I’m not 100%, but itis possible that the Halo Channel promotion has ended
