I’d tend to agree, but variety is nice. One night time map would be great.

I would love to see a nighttime version of Avalanche from Halo 3.

Theoretically, you can make a colorful night-time map.
Just imagine a sky like this and some great looking ground textures to match it.

Night doesn’t necessarily mean as dark as in a cave.
And what speaks against night-vision mode specifically for this map? I am sure that a Spartan’s armor would be capable of that.

VISR wont be in Halo 5 anywhere. It would be weird to say the least to have one additional ability solely for one nighttime map.

I would love a night based map, especially if it was mountainous(like nightfall in reach) or in a blizzard that limits visibility.

I wouldn’t be surprised if their was. There are 6 war zone maps after all, and 12 in total with dlc

Remembering Reach campaign + Firefight, I always wished I could turn on nightvision in multiplayer. THAT would have been cool. Now if it was on one of these maps from either Halo 5 or Halo 4 it would have been awesome.
