I bought halo night fall and was interested to watch it and get the cool armor but for some reason I can’t watch it and can’t get the armor I’m not mad I just payed 15$ for it and I feel cheated out of my money if any staff could help it would be greatly appreciated

Please don’t create duplicate post in the same forum category.
This is a known issue, as the Halo Channel has been having issues for some time. I suggest lodging a ticket with Halo Support about it, so that there is some registered form of complaint about it.
My advice for this is - if you’re looking for the Halo 5 armor, you can earn that in-game through REQ packs. If you’re looking for the MCC unlocks, they’re not worth $15. And Nightfall is fairly mediocre to begin with, and isn’t worth more than a $1.99 rental anyway.
