I had a question about the next week’s campaign challenge. I think it will be finish Infinity on Legendary as the last 2 weeks it has been finish the 2nd level and 3rd level on Legendary.

I have already started playing Infinity on Legendary. When Monday comes can I go head and finish the other half and still get the challenge? Or will I have to start over since this is a new week?

Just save and quit right before the end, and wrap up the mission on Monday. I did this for a couple of the LASO challenges in Reach, should still work. Just don’t override your save in between.
