I can’t see them releasing any new content. You’ll notice they basically stopped as soon as Halo Wars 2 shipped and after that all we got was DLC for HW2. So, it probably depends on if Halo 6 is coming out next year or in two years. If its next year, they’re going to start teasing that game. Otherwise, they might decide to put something out. But the trend seems to point towards Halo 5 having been finished content wise.
I mean I wanted to see them do a Forerunner themed Warzone map.
It’d be really nice to get an Arena refresh… additional Forge maps at least, Oddball/KOTH in Objective playlists, fixed map rotation values across the board… maybe 2v2v2v2 Multi-team (not Triple Team, though it can be fun).
Easy fixes that would go a LONG way…
Doubtful Halo 5 will receive any more DLC.
HW2 is out and 343 is focusing on DLCs for it, like what we saw in E3.

Sometime when Xbox One X releases due to the 4K update but not sure if it means anything else like generally adding new content.
