With the timeline of patches below I was expecting another small patch to come in late May. It’s mid June and there is still no word on the next update, and to clarify I’m not angry or frustrated. The MCC with all its flaws is still in a good place at the moment, but I was curious when or if we can expect the remaining seasonal content. June still isn’t over so it’s possible we can see another small patch before the end of month, but I have a feeling it will be a while before we see any more bug fixes let alone new content.
- April 12th - Flood FF launch
- April 14th - Small bug fixes
- April 27th - Bug fixes mainly around CE audio and H2 Rockets
- May 11th - Flood balance changes and fixes
I have been a bit out of the loop with Halo news so I could’ve missed something from a dev tweet, but has anyone heard anything more definitive on the expected next patch release window?

i’ve been loosely keeping track of halo news and i haven’t seen anything regarding the mcc. at least in regards to any noticeable updates. i wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a small patch update coming in the next few weeks
my guess is October 4 the next major update

4 as in “for” not the the 4th
343 did say before they will just drop updates for mcc as they are ready, so most likely any update that comes will just appear, or maybe something might be said shortly before
After the latest anouncement, it looks like the next patch for MCC will land sometime, later this summer.
Appreciate the expectation setting in the latest update. Maybe late July or August is when we will see the next update and hopefully it has a lot if new customization for H2A.
I know this is a tiny little gripe but the ODST chest clips with the original armor.
I’d love to see the remaining Halo:Online exclusive maps be ported into MCC, particularly Reactor.
