It is clearly outside, not underwater I doubt it is associated with Fathom. From this youtube video you can see several other structures outside the map so maybe they will have another map connected to Fathom. I would say those are the only available windows at Space Lowes and with the UNSC discount, they were forced to use the same style for budget purposes on base construction.

Link I like the way the new map looks, hopefully it doesn’t become extremely unbalanced like overgrowth was. Plus the concept art for the Rig remake looks really cool.
I’m more exited for that remake of the rig. But like JunkySundew9 said, I hope it’s not trash like Overgrowth is.
The Rig is Fathom’s remix. An underwater platform and a desert platform, both small. The water is to the desert as Plaza’s electric life is to Overgrowth’s organic life.
Yeah, I saw Fathom right away when I looked at the screenshot. Not sure how other people don’t see it.

I can see some re-used assets but I don’t see the same map.
The new map is ONE of the new maps this month. But it looks like a flood research lab… With broken ceiling glass, I suspect we’ll see Infection soon.

You guys look at the picture. The roof is the same outlining and structure as fathom just with broken glass. Plus in the concept art in one of the sprints fathom remix was in a sandy place and look there is all sand over the ground. I promise its a remix of fathom.
When I first saw it for some reason I was thinking Swordbase.

But srsly, people complain that overgrowth is a remix of plaza (which it officially is) but i hardly see any similarity between these two.
Yeah i agree, overgrowth is a yoinky map, but can anyone really tell me what they have in common?
The swamp part… where is this in plaza?
The train with invis and shotgun…?
The sniper spawn in plaza… there is no such place in overgrowth
I see 2 conpletly different maps in plaza and overgrowth…

Looks good to me. Looks kinda like a science lab like fathom, but clearly a different lab. Underwater vs plants.
