When will the HCS packs come back? Because I want to get the HCS skins so much and I have at least 200,000 useless Req points 
Do the packs depend on the HCS matches?
If yes, when will the next matches take place?

I got a few of mine buying extra req packs (special ones limited addition ones) once you already have what they are selling sometimes you get that stuff

In answer to your question there isn’t a public schedule of what packs will be available when. No-one knows. You can check the microsoft store if you’d like as quite a few of the premium packs are still available there.
Probably not for awhile since they were available a few months ago.
I wonder if the new white weapon skins will come out in a new HCS pack. Anyone?

Check the microsoft store; not the req store on waypoint. I know the HCS team packs that are still available are there and quite a few of the other specialty packs.

Yes but in the microsoft store there are only paid packs (with real money) not those with the Req points :).
It’s too complicated xD
