It depends on how you want to purchase the pack. If you want to use REQ points then nobody really knows when the REQ packs rotate in and back out. If you don’t mind spending a bit of money, however, you can find the pack in the Xbox LIVE store. Just search for Halo 5: Guardians and it will be in the “Add-on’s” section.
