Next Balance Patch Delayed Indefinitely for now?

The last balance patch that Postsums posted mentioned this about Decimus.

> As a note, we are working on a future update that will help us address balance for Decimus by altering code that will require a full build update. We will be as transparent as possible around when we believe this change is coming online, but I do not currently have an ETA on this.

Was this update released and I missed reading about it or has it been delayed indefinitely for the time being? I just want a bit of clarification as the HW2 petition response post didn’t explicitly mention if this patch will be released or not. My assumption is this won’t come out for quite some time if it will come out at all, but confirmation on this would be appreciated.

No patch has been worked on in the time of that post and the petition or very little work has been done.

At the time of posting that patch described is still being worked on but has no concrete release timeframe.

Wrensi has said he was working on a patch on his own time but postums said that it won’t be released any time soon as there is no one on the team available to test it etc.

Many thanks for the responses, hopefully someone on the team could find time to work on it at some point, but patience is key here.
