Yes it will, probably a few weeks before Oct 27th.
The collectors editions release one week before for preload purposes.
You should be able to preload as soon as the game goes gold. Which should be around a month before launch.

It should, yes. It will install just a little bit now I think and then when the game is gold it should install the rest automatically.
Yes, and sometimes if you’re lucky it’ll unlock an hour or two early.
