Does anyone see the Yappening Event!!! I mean…the awards are just trash and the Quillhawk is on the worst helmet. Can 343I just make it a non holographic armor effect for all armor? I must say that I personally love the kill effect (but then again I already bought the bunny ears ) I also thought it was supposed to be grunt related but the only thing I thought was obviously grunty was the log-in reward which wasnt even in the pass. I do want to make this poll to see who actually likes the event and if so put what your favorite item is in the replys but yall all probably know better than me so
I haven’t started playing the event yet, but I think the cosmetics are nice (most of them) for it. And I tend to be critical on these things so far in HI.
Maybe I’m in the minority, because I’ve read a lot of posts here bashing the cosmetics for the Yappening.
I updated my game to try this after about 2 months.
The only game mode I enjoyed up to this point was btb, so figured a btb event would be cool.
I loved fiesta in every other halo, but absolutely hate it in this one. Maybe I would enjoy it more with more people, its certainly more tolerable, but still extremely frustrating due to the base game still being garbage.
2 games is enough for me to happily abandoned this game again untill season 3.
I was slightly excited for this to be fun, idk what I was thinking.
I do hope this mode stays, for you know, when they fix this dumb game and make it feel fun.
I enjoy the pose at the end. I’m interested in playing Fiesta BTB. Because here’s the thing.
Fiesta BTB is barely different from BTB 2.0 - which REALLY sucks. It’s just random in FUN ways with The Yappening. I think I’d like to see it stick around - so long as a traditional even-sides non-random-spawns BTB 2.5 happens someday.
Its fun if you go into it with the mindset of expecting total chaos and just going with the flow of messing around. If you try to go into it being too serious you will probably not have a good time because it is pure unpredictable chaos. That being said the only mode I don’t like is snipers because as stated before it just turns into one giant camp-fest and the matches take forever to finish because no one will move. I would have rather had like a shotty and thrusters mode only, at least that way it would get people zipping around blasting each other.
Well I’d like to enjoy it, but I get disconnected halfway every match on Xbox Series X. The only online game which doesn’t work. And it only happen in this mode.
I Think this event would be really good timing to add in the shroud screen and bandit rifle because they look completely finished so 343i should have done that I feel and then it would be cool if event went like this :

I mean… who says mine is better than 343i’s. I also think if cross gun customizing came out… that would be awesome especially if 343i added banished and covenant weapon customizing that would be massive. Well, keep dreaming
