It looks like the Halo World Championship stream is using an updated version of Halo 5: Guardians, which means it has new weapon skins and armour sets from the January content update.
Those armors are awesome! And Mister Chief is getting his own AR skin!?! And a spicy Locke!?!!?!! This just made my day. Thanks for posting.
Please no more reskins, it’ll take forever to get the good stuff 
While Spicy Locke and Mister Chief skins do look funky, those are the kind of semi-canon ‘just-for-a-bit-of-fun’ kind of DLCs that you expect to see maybe a year or more after launch, not a few months.
While there are still legitimate issues with the game itself, to see daft stuff like that so soon is almost insulting.

100% agree, it’s like they are saying " hey, want oddball and infection? Nah we will bloat the Req system with even more REQs, to encourage you to pay for packs so you can finally get that piece of wearable armour you want!". And please, before anyone says you can earn it by playing, I’ve been playing since day one, and I still don’t have the viper chest plate I am after (an uncommon req btw). And yes, I’m going the bronze-silver- gold method, focusing on silver packs for the last few weeks.

Those skins are horrible… and people ask me why I stick to default skins… well maybe if 343 didn’t suck at making them, I would maybe put one on. But at the moment, they all look like cancer.

Because they said they were working on gametypes for future updates.
And while the Jan update is technicaly in the future, if they had something for us this month, they would tell us to quell the fan outrage.

If there were gametypes coming this month, they’d have made a big deal about it.
They’ve confirmed Grifball and Fiesta are in the works, as well as other unnamed gametypes, and they’ll be releasing in future updates.

You can’t create Warzone maps in Forge.

I can’t wait to see action sack, with the new potential of the req weapons and the amazing forge. I just hope they utilise the potential.

It’s not like artists can help with making new gametypes, can they?
There is a new map coming in the update later this month, a Fathom remix and they’ve yet to confirm all the content coming.

It’s because Warzone has enemies and NPCs to deal with. Best left to the devs to be honest.
