So i thought of a unique weapon we could put in Halo 4 i dubbed the pulse cannon. heres how i believe it would work and how it would be used in-game:
The pulse cannon is a forrunner weapon that blasts a high frequency round that at close range can knock a player back a considerable distance.Besides being used to blast players out of a map and make them smash into walls, the pulse cannon can also be used to blast teammates to higher positions or bring them closer to an objective. if postitioned correctly under the player, the player can use it as a personal elevator or in fact a “double jump”. Basically its your own personal “FUS RO DAH”, only on Halo.
so what do you think? I for one think it could be implemented well in halo 4.

maybe, but yeah, i could also imagine some of the skyrim players yelling “FUS ROH DAH!” every time they use it. including me lol

Has anyone ever seen this concept art? I know the weapon your talking about is a fan suggestion, but this is supposedly leaked concept art of a Forerunner weapon known as the Reaper. It looks like it could be a mixture of a needler and a rocket launcher. It fires 1 projectile at a time, a gigantic red spike. I say Needler obviously because of the giant spike, and the Rocket Launcher because of the shear size.

That is right next to the Binary Rifle in sheer awesome.
Granted, artistically, it does look kinda out of place.
But then again we have the Mantis.
So they should have included it.
