For me I had to remove the old one to get the new one. Old one was Over 200MB the new one is smaller then that. To make sure that you have the new waypoint, see if you can buy Forward Unto Dawn, It should be 3200MSP.

It keeps telling me I have to sign into a LIVE account. I have done so. Do I need to redownload it or something?
I get the same message. Tried re-downloading, no change.
Edit: Just deleted it and cleared my system cache and it works fine. WOOHOO!!
