It’s just another great example how 343 tries to go even more for the masses. Not a loyal fan is a good fan… a paying fan is a good fan. So they are stripping it all down to the bare minium to see how with how much they can get away with. And don’t give me that “that’s all MS fault… they are the greedy guys”. 343 works on MS’ biggest franchise… they HAVE the power to say stop. But after 6 years burning money on what? A very basic MP and campaign which got basicly revamped 12 months ago some income has to be genreated…

Freedom of Speech: Fill the toxic messages sub-forum by marking the game as garbage and creating an atmosphere of tension where all that is said should be a comment attacking 343i and saying how Halo was killed.
The people of moderation are acting little and allowing more than they should be allowed. This subforum has been broken for days.
The lack of stats makes no sense - stats have always been a part of Halo since at least Halo 3.
I saw someone suggest that maybe they make the stats visible again when they officially launch on 8th December. They are definitely collecting them in the background so it’s strange that they don’t make them visible.

I agree. It’s ridiculous that Halo 3 and Halo Reach had such amazing service records and now we can’t even see things like kills and deaths.
I can still see more stats from OG Halo 2 on my profile - a game that hasn’t even been playable for years - than I can for the brand new shiny flagship game in Halo Infinite.
Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to… find other employment opportunities better suited to their skill set.

Since the post is reopened, I’m also not a fan of the new forums either. Anyway, for the Waypoint app, it seriously needs to show me my full redeem code history, my stats that Halo Tracker can already pull up, what challenges I have to do so I can track their progress in game, and I guess keep track of medals earned as well.
I truly believe medals should have milestones that unlock that medal as an emblem, like I had to do 140 assassinations in Halo 4 to unlock Venator, so I’d like to see similar milestones, like 140 back smacks for a back smack emblem, or 140 Ninja medals for a Ninja emblem for my weapons, armor, and vehicles.
We need more things to make the Waypoint companion app actually worth using, since as it is, it serves no purpose, other than to check the daily shop without booting up the game every day.

I couldn’t agree more with all of this. The new update to this site is awful and the moderation is way over the top. The font is hard to read, the colors are not easy on the eyes, very hard to follow a conversation and/or replies.

Implying the old Waypoint wasn’t a joke. I’m loving the new forums. There doesn’t seem to be a crazy “secret club” hierarchy with certain members or over-moderation anymore. All the new features are cool too. I think your problem lies with the service record which will be updated at some point. For now you can see all your stats on Halo Tracker.

So because Waypoint doesn’t show your stats, the whole thing is a joke? Why is it so hard to find reasonable people?
I could apply similar reasoning and say you are a joke for creating a thread about Waypoint in the Games/Infinite section.
Now that that is out of the way, I agree that it would be great to see our previous game history and overall stats.
