I liked Warzone in Halo 5 but I didn’t like that you were in a simulation with the announcer letting you know that every single game. There should be a warzone game mode that is Elites vs Spartans, 100 vs 100 with no PVE elements or at least 32 vs 32. It should be much bigger than the original warzone and there should be at least 5 maps at release, these maps would obviously be big. An additional 5 can be added later as free DLC. It just seems less exciting knowing that your multiplayer games are in a “simulation” within the lore.
This will be a live anywhere title so how will they handle cross platform play? I was hoping they would not allow PC players to play with console players (if using a controller) since it would divide the population too much. All console players should have the option of playing with PC players since Xbox One X will likely have native mouse/keyboard support. When a Xbox One X user goes into the multiplayer, they will have the option to play with console players (controller) or cross platform (where it will prompt you to hook in your mouse / keyboard if it is not hooked in).
