So warzone is getting pretty repetitive, especially the warden. This is specifically for the new warzone map, I feel we could use some changes.
So having bosses and such is great, however it is getting pretty repetitive. Not to mention the warden appears TWICE if you make it long enough. This new map just feels way to open. I know they did this to make it more vehicle friendly, but I think they should try something new.
Vehicle Drops! As well as incoming AI and bosses, we should have some Rare vehicle spawns. Oni Mantis, Phaetons, Banshee Ultras. Think about how hectic it would be when palmer announces “Banshee Ultras dropping in 30 seconds” and everyone fights for them. Say 2 drop, not only will there be a huge fight for them, but actually getting into the vehicles would add some more vehicles to the combat and help fight the emptiness feel that warzone has a lot of the time. Besides, it will be fun for those of us who don’t have rare reqs or who don’t make it to such high reqs to get chances to pilot some of the best vehicles in the game.
What are your thoughts? Should vehicles spawns also be a thing in warzone?
They could potentially even do the same thing for rare weapons. Weapon pods could be announced and dropped as well. Or enemies or bosses could be carrying a legendary weapon where once the boss dies we can claim the weapon which will be max capacity.
These bosses will not be worth points, but rather worth the weapon itself so you wouldn’t have to worry about someone camping back stilling your kill because if they are not their, they simply can’t get the weapon that is dropped.
Lets say an elite with the prophet’s bane, or a shielded grunt wielding the legendary spartan laser, or a soldier with Nornfang. Just anything to freshen up the game.
I like your idea to spice up warzone. Ill admit i have all the higher reqs but i see what you mean. But honestly i just want a pve mode im sick of this competitive crap. Im hella tired when i get home from work. I just wanna decent pve coop mode where i can blast wave after wave of aliens or whatever. Warzone was supposed to be the firefight/spops replacement. They can improve warzone variety in my opinion by adding pve modes. Firefight types and i saw this kraken mode once on a reddit post awhile back. Something like that would be nice.
