Around noon PST time I believe. They usually come in the afternoon I heard.

the update themselves are usually available around 8-9am PST so they should be out soon, but the reqs of course will take longer.
Reeeally wish they’d pick up the pace though, the update itself will probably be just an hour of downloading by itself…
