Not much of a fan of the new Assault Rifle and Railgun, but everything else is fine. If you’re really quitting than you will NOT be missed.

Exactly the sort of response I expected from what this community has devolved into. Went from knowing hundreds of people who loved halo now to 1 who endures it.
Another game killed by a soulless incompetent vending machine quality company.
I don’t really like what they did with the weapons. Especially the br, it feels useless now compared to the magnum

Exactly every weapon I’ve gotten to know in halo 5 now feels like they’ve been made 15% or so worse resulting in more over all effort to get a kill.
Not to mentioned all banshees may as well be req 1 now. I was running from the nails in this franchises coffin but unfortunately I’m all out of steps. There’s no lying about it anymore.

Hey man, it’s also got to do with the fact that the game is over 2 years old. People start to get stale doing the same thing over and over. Players liked the fresh free content that 343 was putting out there including new weapons and vehicles. Now that there aren’t any continuous free DLCs coming, they instead tinker with the game mechanics and search capabilities based off feedback from people (which is probably a smaller fraction of the community). What I don’t appreciate are the negative consequences out of all this tinkering. I can live with the BR change - but it just feels like garbage and EVERYONE is using the H2BR because of it. The banshee nerf? It wasn’t even a subtle nerf. The banshees are flying tortoises now.
At this point, I would like them to just pick the settings and STICK with it.
Warzone - Started out you could search with 12 players. Then they limited it to 6 man. Then they tried Warlords (which if I remember the majority of those were over holiday weekends when a smaller portion of the population would be on). Then they implement strict MMR guidelines, making search times unbearable, then they relax those guidelines, and now they are back to square one - bringing back 12-man. Not to mention the tinkering with the game mechanics.
Social arena - when you implement MMR-based matchmaking, it essentially becomes ranked. I shouldn’t have to search for 2-4 minutes to find a fiesta game (do I really need to play against people at the same skill level as me when there are random weapon spawns? i mean cmon).
Ranked arena - do i need to say any more? automatics, BR, and they actually brought back Orion and Pegasus. You’ve gotta be kidding me.
I don’t play many games other than Halo. I would say CoD and Battlefield back in the day. I don’t remember devs tinkering with those games like they do Halo 5.
I feel for you man.
