New update came out. tried to download it, wouldnt download. Restarted box a total of 40 + times, still nothing, tried changing automatic updates etc still nothing, went across multiple forums asking about solutions, talked to everyone in my direct community and it seems I am alone i this respect.
The problem is that it will not initialize, so uninstalled the game with the idea of reinstalling it, now the installation from xboxlive will not initialize and the game is sitting at 1% installed, and will not go further
