New Info Regarding January’s Update - Infinitiy’s Armory
Since the info release about Halo 5’s new update that is coming late January, I was wondering what are your guy’s opinions on it so far. From what I can see there are no gamemodes to be added which is kinda sad but come Feburary, we are to be getting classic game modes. Depending on what game types i dont know but honestly I would like to see Assault, Oddball, Infection, and other great classic game types.
Are you guys still going to be hanging around until we get more gametypes or are you going elsewhere until then?
The entire forum has literally been flooded with complaints about this update, what do you think people think?
I think it’s cool, but I want to see some gamemodes, I think we’ve been waiting long enough. I might get BO3 but I’d still play Halo because it’s better IMO.

Well I understand that people are upset and yes they have every right to be and as much as I dont like to wait for things that should have been there from the start I always have other games to pass time with until that comes. I get bored of halo but not as quick as other do and if that is the case go find something else to play or do?

What would it be about and would you be able to trust 343i since they did an ok good with Halo 5’s story telling?

If they did any story DLC, which I don’t think they will, they should do it on the backstories of Fireteam Osiris. I think it would be nice to learn about them because we got almost no character development in the Halo 5 campaign.
Update? Oh you mean the Pizza AR and the 1 new map, and a battle of noctus warzone assault version.
Riptide looks interesting, and so does the new Mark V (though I think I’ll just stick with Noble).
Noctus remake is gonna be bad simply because Monument is too strong.
Don’t care about most of the weapon skins I’ve seen so far.

Did you know that the WA variant has an Armory in place of the Monument?
Hope that the new maps are good and not horrible.
Well, if the posts from people like Brav and Josh are to be believed, we MIGHT get ONE new game mode in February. I just feel like content and the game in general have been poorly planned and executed, so despite me holding out hope every month that this will be the update that turns things around and brings me back to Halo, it feels like one off-base thing after another. Maybe this whole REQ thing is totally loved by a large number of gamers. Maybe Warzone is what new “casual” gamers actually want and my friends and I are just being left behind by this series. It’s pretty sad when we were so excited for the game and two weeks after release we couldn’t even motivate half the group to play it.
Story DLC would be cool, but I’m not sure I trust them to do anything interesting with it at this point.

Well Buck was nice but as for everyone else, nothing seemed well thought out. Which I was hoping they would be done a great job like they did with Halo 4 but seriously though they need to remove Reed. I dont think he is that great anyhow.

Seriously? One game mode? Well then what the hell? Why are they just taking there time? There are a lot of gamemodes that could be added with several at a time, I dont knw what 343 are doing at this point and before I know it when June hits I feel like it still wont be a complete game…

I havent even played on the map whenever it was Warzone Assault and I guess well nothing new there honestly lol
could really care less…oh 2 maps and REQs??? I don’t give a -Yoink- about this game anymore, its only fun with friends and offers no variety of gamemodes.
oh and if it doesn’t drop by Wednesday then I wont play it until after the Division beta.
One of the new assassinations looks the same as the one that happens 50% of the time when you try to do any assassination. The default one. I’m confused.

Also a great forge addition. But I guess everyone leaves that out because… complaining.
I enjoy the game so I will continue playing it
