New TV and Xbox help.

I just recently got, as in today a 37" 120HZ, 1080p, VIZIO E371VA TV. Its hooked up by an HDMI cable to my Xbox 360.

The problem is when ever I play any game the input form the right analog stick lags terribly. This is my first venture into HD TV’s and I’m lost. If there is any settings I need to change to fix this please help me out.
