New tournament idea, anyone interested?

Hello! I’m starting a new Halo tournament called ULTIMATE HALO RUMBLE Here’s how it works:

How it works

Four teams will compete on tournament approved maps- two of each fighting one another. The two winning teams will then show down in a 4 v 4. The two least scoring players of each team will be eliminated turning it into a 3 versus 3. This continues until there are only two spartans remaining. The 2 v 2 setting will feature lower power weapon ammo and a four player approved map. Once the final two players are eliminated, it will become a 1 versus 1. This game will consist of Battle-rifle/magnum starts with all automatic weapons removed from the map. Powerups will also be removed, however, power weapons will remain with significantly reduced ammo.

If you’re interested

If you’re interested in taking part, there is no reward as of yet, but I am hoping it will be a fun experience to help players show off there skill and to help one another improve in a more pressured environment. Leave a response to this post with your gamertag and a little bit about your skill, what times and in which time zone you’ll be playing. If I receive more than 24 players interested in joining, they will be listed for next week.

Rules

This is an entirely solo event! Although you will be playing with a team, you will not be allowed to come in with your own team mates, so it’s suggested that you use game chat if you would like to communicate with your team.

FFA

If you are an FFA player, and would like to compete in a tournament like this, leave your gamertag also stating you are interesting in Free for all. A tournament based on the Rumble Pit settings with some added twists will be coming in the future.

Youtube

To help gain the popularity of this tournament and to eventually add cash prizes as a reward, these tournaments will be uploaded to youtube. If you wish to have your name blurred out during the video, that is also fine. Champions will be showcased each month in a video compiling the winners.

Hi there, thought you might find this useful, plus I’m also just trying to spread the word to the community as much as possible.

There is a new Xbox app called Gfinity, which is for users to create and run their own gaming tournaments.
I think not many people actually know about it, the only Halo 5 tournament listed so far is one for EU players. I’m about to create a post about the app to try and make people aware of it, and hopefully it might become ‘tournament central’, where people can post links to their own tournament.
I’m planning to to hold a tournament for Australian players, so I’ll have a link to a post for people to register their interest.
If you are interested, let me know and I will add a link to your post as well.

My Fleet’s Spartan teams might be interested in participating in this. If you can send a message to MaximumVenom225 I am certain he will be willing to participate in a tournament of sorts and so will his Spartans!

Hi! Sorry for the lack of response, I only just noticed the lack of response. There is no prize as of yet as I am trying to build this up. As time goes on if you stick around, prizes will be given, however, we still need some time to get it going. So any of you interested in participating I will add to my spreadsheet for an upcoming tournament. You will all have to let me know what times you’re free so I can set a good tournament time.
