Are you looking for the Military police/Security helmets and variants?
If I am not mistaken, the Halo Waypoint mentioned is thru some sort of an app on the Xbox. You have to download this app to access these features. I haven’t done this for a while, but I think you can also access some Halo 4 stats and features, i.e. some videos after you complete certain achievements and also an area where you can enter some codes. Good luck.
It’s an app on 360 and it’s not supported anymore so it freezes alot
