Is there or has there been any announcement on how to get your spec. codes if you didn’t receive them by email or Xbox Live but were/are definitely eligible? Any response would be great! Thanks! Just got level capped and am a little Peeved.

No buddy there isn’t. I’m sorry to tell you that all the specializations codes are sent out. 343 will unlock all the specializations eventually but the date has not been announced yet
