My name is cherubiknight!!! I have a YouTube channel that’s has the same name. Trying become a decent commentator for video games as well as director of machinima. Anyway I am very new to halo wars. I love this game a lot. However I am to excited to take the time ( which I don’t have, full time job) to sit down and play story or tutorials. I just want to get in and go.
I love all HUMAN characters. I don’t like covenant because they are used mostly for rushing from what I have seen. I know I can warthog rush but I hate those tactics… Might as well play COD if you ask me lol. Anyway I love making each of the humans special units. Grizzlies, hawks, and odst. But my favorite seems to be ODST. But I have a minor problem. I have no idea what to partner them with or how to develop them in an effective amount of time.
I really don’t like to be THAT guy on the team. You know the guy you’re like " oh great. We have a -Yoinking!- stud on our team… So good he doesn’t have rank!" Lol. I am basically looking for someone to play with or a tutor I guess. I really like using odst units and honestly I don’t want to change. I just want to constructs skills to better help benefit my team and my skill and you seek out those on thus forum. Thank you. And of you help me ill give you a shout out on my channel.

Do people still rush gauss warthogs w/ anders? That’s one of a few things I remember. That and the double-Scarab with the hovering PoR who would sit at your base.

not so much hog rushing is becoming less common haven’t see double scarab in like 2 years i never let anyone have that amount of time lol the most common now is brute rushing banshee rushing suicide grunt rushing i never see anyone rushing with unsc anymore more covy.

Well seeing how Halo is an M rated game, children with their first grade comprehension of the English language shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near it.
Minus four points for missing my point. Minus another ten points for thinking this game is M rated. You fail class for today sir. Get out of my classroom.

I honestly groan when I play random 2v2 or 3v3 and see my ally hard teching to ODST. I understand that the high tech units are fun to play, but you’ve got to understand that a lot of players aren’t going to let you get that far. They will scout you, see you don’t have enough defence, rush you and you’ll die a painful death. Don’t blame them when it happens, learn and adapt.
