So, we all know by now that Elites will not be playable in multiplayer, but according to Frankie there will be something to scratch the itch. It might be possible that that is a version of Spartan Ops for Elites, obviously called Elite Ops.

I don’t think we ever heard official word from 343i, but some people decided to check to see if the post ever even happened and it did not.

Honestly I think its gonna happen I mean other than putting elites in war games, which I dont see happening, or making some sort of dlc that is extra campaign missions involving elites, how would we get our itch scratched in any way other than through Spartan Ops?
I honestly think it would be cool if we got a small Elite campigan in Halo 5 or something.

I know the quote was fake, but that doesn’t mean that we won’t get at least a few Spartan Ops episodes where we play as Elites.

With the new SIV height elites really should be in MP. Especially when 343 is taking halo down the “specialisation” route where choices impact stats… but then people would complain about elites being OP when other people are running around with scopes that they don’t fall out of when they are shot and other people planning for Power weapon spawns due to a timer appearing to them before other players.
