Please no. I love the music from the new DOOM but Halo should just stick with it’s style. I actually would like Halo even less.

Nah, I’m not a big fan of that type of music, but even if I was in don’t think it would work for Halo.
There’s this song called “In a Warzone” by a band called The Transplants that plays old school punk/metal kinda stuff (if you’re into that kind of thing) … it’d go great with a Halo video of epic Warzone moments.
Halo 5’s OST has pieces from CE, H3, & Reach in it (also Halo 4) and the classic Halo theme … not sure why everyone knocks it.

Personally I think Halo 5’s music was great. I also liked Halo 4’s music, on a storytelling and feeling standpoint, even if it was definitely a change. The Osiris Suites are amazing as well as Walk Softly, not to mention The Trials. The music’s fine.

If you’re into the sort of thing where a guy is screaming in your ear that’s your deal. I’d recommend bootcamp for the military. You’ll never get enough screaming :3
I disagree that Halo 5 doesn’t have sweet music- Osiris Suite, Act 1, but DOOM had an awesome soundtrack. Halo 2’s soundtrack had some heavy rock in it along with Halo 2 Anniversary with some metal in it. Halo 4 even had an electronic remix soundtrack that was pretty good as well.
I wouldn’t mind some metal Halo music since it has done interesting music choices in the past.
