I had two thoughts looking at it: a cutscene from the game (maybe we’ll see Master Chief suit-up, in contrast to Halo 4’s ending) or a menu shot for Infinite (like MCC’s menu)!
Can’t wait for next week!

My initial thoughts where suiting up cutscene, but now you mention the main menu, I’m with you 100% on that!

I just thought of something that might blow your mind…
What if all those short cutscenes from the halo releases on pc were actually part of a halo infinite trailer thats gonna bring it all together … and then you realize this whole time we have been shown infinite snippets.
That is kind of what this short gif gives me the feeling of.

Love everything about the armor design. The one thing I am still on the fence about is the 117 engraving/stamping on his chestplate. In-game characters should know who he is from a mile away!

This gif confirms there will be a scene where we see Chief put on the new suit. That will be very welcome actually.

I love the detail of the new suit. Far better design overall than the Halo 4 and 5 Chief armor.

Spartans don’t visual recognition outside of their armor. Not every marine and or leader will know him purely cause of his look. Is it possible now given there are more variations of armor? sure. But why have people guess?
Looks awesome, makes me think there will be a scene where we see MC out his new armour on. I also hope this means our tags will always be on our multiplayer armour.
Think it might imply we can get our service tags on our armor as well?

I think that is a pretty good guess myself. I would be surprised if we couldn’t.
