New Storm Rifle Variants?

Does anybody know what is unique about the new storm rifles? What req level are they? I was unable to watch the stream and can’t find the information.

Blissful Slumber: Projectiles have mini explosions, therefore adding splash damage, and increased knockback. Rare

They didn’t mention REQ levels.

Fury (uncommon) - augmented heat dissipation and better accuracy - Blissful Slumber (rare) - increased damage and knock back on hits, unstable plasma bolts that detonate on impact that cause a small secondary explosion

So, we essentially have a Ghost Ultra put into a Storm Rifle and the other one.
