This is actually incredibly interesting, 343 needs to take a good long look at this!

Good setup.

We also need one for a Close quarters specialist. With either CQC, CQB or a new armor set that serves the same purpose.

Canonically I don’t understand why the UNSC trains SIV units like Engineer and Pioneer but find that training CQC specialists along with ODST specialists isn’t worth the time and money.

Dexterity really would’ve been perfect for a CQC specialization. It’s useful a long range but in close quarters it could mean the difference between getting pummeled to death of a string of multi kills.

Teammates already spawn on the player’s location. The game actually gives priority to spawn points near alive teammates. So the perk would be kinda redundant.

Halo 4’s spawn system

Kinda sucks sometimes–I’ll be trying to get in a strategic flanking/ambushing position, and all my teammates spawn next to me. Now we all have to quickly run away before we get spammed with grenades.

They spawn on you when you’re not in combat

This would break the game because of how slow it takes to kill someone. Imagine taking out two opponents and just before you drop the second one, his friend spawns in on him and ruin your killing spree.

Good idea OP but it wouldn’t work.

Ive changed the ODST Support Package

I added a lot more specialisations to the list, bringing the level cap to 200

The Transmitter Support Package I do not agree with, this can be abused and IMO is a game breaker. No way 343 would ever put this one in if they were to add more spec’s.
