You might be right, but I’ll pick up on a couple of characters because I think these may have been hinted already at in the many sub-stories and “character and world details” in Halo 5 that many have missed by rushing through the missions and not finding certain details of the story. I’ll give you my take on them.
THE “GREEN SPARTAN - VILLAIN (TBD)”.
The Green Spartan figure with “Villain TBD” is probably Spartan Green-5 from the Argent Moon mission in Halo 5, one of the Spartans that players (like Chief) were supposed to hunt, identify and work out what mission they were on (there were others to identify, as below).
Here’s my take on the new Hasbro Nerf AR hint, probably being Green-5’s AR from the Argent Moon.

THE “RED SPARTAN”.
The Spartan in red with black undersuit and gold visor is the same as previous Megablocks toys, and almost certainly another reference to Fireteam Stingray, where Stingray-1 was Spartan Vale when she led “Operation: Ocean Raptor” to gather Intel about the Sunaion Guardian (location of mission was redacted until revealed in Halo 5). This then appears in the game three times:
Ever get the feeling that we were “set up” to release that Guardian?
THE “WARTHOG-BOAT”.
Of course as he shows in the video, Bungie long planned boat combat but dropped the idea, but maybe 343i are putting it into a game at last. The idea of underwater exploration with a submarine in the Game Engine Demo is also not new, as this was hinted at by this clip in Halo 2, which looks so much more amazing in H2A of course:

But knowing 343i’s sense of humour and love of ambiguity, they could also be hinting at the return of yet another Halo feature players have missed and might like to see again in Halo Infinite - because as Noah in the Bible could tell us, water can rise up so high we might need an “Ark” to survive the coming of “the Flood”, so let’s remind ourselves about how, on “The Ark” at the end of Halo 3, Chief and Arbiter rode their “Warthog-Boat” over “wave after wave” of “the Flood”!

And that’s not the first hint about a possible Halo 3 style Warthog Run at the end of Infinite, as to the Halo 3 music, the Game Engine Demo showed us this scene…

But with all this merchandise by way of advertising, does no-one else get the feeling “343i are just ‘toying’ with us…”?
