Why you must love Podcast!! You have to understand some English or do you use a translation program?? What language do you speak?

And I noticed how they said that every weapon is now a skill requiring weapon. Now to be fair, I think this is true. I mean come on, the DMR in Reach is skillful once you master bloom, the Assault Rifle is skillful when you fire in controlled, well aimed bursts. What makes me believe this the most is that every time I play Elite Slayer, people rage at me because I fill them full of Plasma from my pistol (Say nothing… You people and your dirty minds…). I am called a hacker because I have an itchy trigger finger and don’t want to charge it and hit them.

So next time I gun you down on Elite Slayer on Countdown. Don’t rage and say I have a modded controller, just know I have the skill to use the Plasma Pistol to its fullest potential.

I think that’s true to an extent. I think any weapon can be used skillfully and unskillfully but some weapons lend themselves to be a bit tougher to master. The GL for example is deadly in the right hands and worthless in the wrong ones.

Seriously a 6SK CE pistol would of been WAY UP compared to the rest of the Sandbox. Even a 4SK CE pistol would of been pushing it. I hate that they fail to mention the overall power of the rest of the Halo CE Sandbox was stronger than in any other Halo game. The plasma rifle,shotgun,PP,and the AR(especially with beatdowns) were all better in CQB than the Ce pistol unless the pistol user clutched it, as was the sniper and rocket launcher at longer ranges if you knew how to use them. The needler was good for surprise kills but otherwise worthless.If you put the CE pistol into the Halo 3 sandbox it might have been a little OP, but It was perfectly fine in HCE due especially due to the difficulty of the TSK and in comparison with the power of the rest of the Sandbox.

The needler was different in that all you had to do was point in a target’s general direction and fire. The Needles have so much tracking and are so slow, its pretty much a garunteed kill at a certain range, not matter what strafing is done.

They also disregard the player model. Why was it harder to headshot then compared to now? Its because the “head-box” is a bit smaller and there is a smaller amount of aim assist. 3sk’s were much more difficult than Halo 3’s 4sk (and its virtually impossible on the PC version).

I also have to point out, yes each individual weapon has its niche and skill. But the skill it requires to use precision weapons will always be higher than the skill it takes for a Rocket Launcher. If you go into a game with the OGRE twins with only rockets you WILL have a greater chance of killing them as opposed to a game with DMRs/BRs or Snipers. I wouldn’t call these “skill” weapons but precision, were as you need to aim more carefully as well as have your movement down to dodge as well as land shots. A rocket you just, jump, aim at the wall and BOOM!

Yes, hitboxes are like 10X larger now and like OGRE 2 aka the G.O.A.T. said on his twitter the "The CE pistol was hard to hit people with…imagine the pistol with the DMR full speed rate of fire + 10x the hit box size " when speaking about the possibility of a bloomless DMR and I agree. I would rather see the Reach magnum buffed to 3 or 4SK and see its bloom removed/ROF reduced to the CE pistols and see it replace the DMR on the circuit and the classic playlists as its the most skilled weapon in the Reach Sandbox. Then add CE like movement speeds and melee bleedthrough and it would be perfect!
