Same as it did in Halo 4.
Except you can go past SR 130, there’s a REQ pack you unlock at 158, so I’m assuming you can level up quite a bit.
No more info other than that it’s the SR system has been released or announced.
I wish they would do it like Halo 3, by far my favorite public ranking system
