So obviously so far in the gameplay that we have seen of the sniper in Halo 4 is a big deal. Tons of people cant stand the way it looks and also how it sounds. Personally in my opinion it looks like they glued a tank onto it. What do you think of this new sniper look and sound?

Yup. Or like the Reach sniper, that was gorgeous.
Well as we saw in some of the “making” footage, we saw that they were really taking weapons and recording how they sound when they were fired. In all honesty, sounds like it needs a little bit more “umf” to it, but technically it is realistic.
I don’t even know what they have tried to do with it.
I suppose it goes along with the trend of changing things for the worst.

I actually have a topic on this already, if you haven’t seen it yet. It’s mainly about how it could be changed to the previous Halo snipers.
It looks like it has a scope AND rangefinding ballistics computer on it.
