Cold feet is a skull that makes you 5% slower every time you die and when your walking speed is down to 5% it will reset to 100%

I love the idea. Maybe make it a silver skull since it is obviously based more around the fun/messing around side.

If 343 wanted to add more skulls to Halo 4, yes. I think there would be a pretty decent possibility of them adding it in. Especially if the community agrees, too. It sounds like a fun skull.

Well sadly not all the time. Normally the way it works is if the idea is so liked by the community that it gets noticed big-time by 343. Then they might probably start considering putting it in. There are no guarantees that it’ll actually be put in the game, though.
Basically if 343 thinks that people playing the game will actually like the skull they’ll try to put it in. Of course I’d enjoy the freshness of a new skull or two. I don’t like reusing the same skulls every game.
