You need to buy it from Xbox Store.
different HCS REQ - 9,99 us for each
And because everyone content five items, you maybe need to buy more than 3.

Can we buy these packages with REQ points or it’s only obtainable with real money?
When these packs will be available in game store?

you have to buy from Xbox to do it. follow the link provided. i got all but one skin.

They are not available to buy with REQ points and they are available now, but you have to go to the xbox store to buy them. For some reason 343 did not make them in the Halo 5 req store.

Why not? Everything else has been. I think this is a smart move.

This must be for family members and friends of the teams that don’t have xbl or don’t play the game, but just want to support the team.

That’s because a portion of the sales of these packs are being given out the teams directly. That wouldn’t be really possible if they were sold for RP as well, the idea is to help support the HCS teams

I think it may also be because some team supporters, such as parents, uncle’s, … May not have xbl accounts so they are buying to support the team. MS could have easily put these in game. The recruit pack is in game and cash only.
