I bought the new Sgt Johnson DLC. Says its installed and the game recognised I own it but its still locked whenever i try to use him. I uninstalled it and reinstalled twice now. Is there something i am missing here?
Did you try hard resetting?
Yes once you install you have to hard reset to be able to play him and just in case you don’t know hard reset is turning your Xbox completely off and unplugging it from the power or doing a restart from the settings menu.

Ok thanks. I had this problem with colony too. I’ll try doing a hard reset. Its really annoying when the game says you already purchased it but -Yoink- you we won’t let you use him.
