The new service records mark my H5 campaign completion at Normal whereas I’ve finished the game in Heroic & Legendary… I went through the pain of finishing the game on Legendary it’s kinda frustrating that the service records doesn’t take it into account…
It also doesn’t even correctly track the number of missions completed on the service record. I’ve seen 12/15 on players who actually completed every single one of the 15 missions, which should logically track 15/15.

Kek, well it’s good to know I’m not the only one falling victim to their new service record system, I hope this will encourage 343 to fix it someday…

But knowing that they are FULL TIME trying to overcorrect from Halo 5, that sadly may not happen… 
One can only hope, I don’t really understand why they felt like they had to revamp the whole forum and service record system anyway, it was really fine back then, it’s not like they couldn’t have added Infinite to the old system but yeah…
