Especially new comers who quit and don’t care and just quit, I think we must nullify and show no comfort to those losers who leave Ranked Matches just because they only care about being on top of their team list.

I complete agree with this person, absolutely and **100% of basically everything he’s elaborated upon, above.**I think we played together a few days to a week ago, dude! I recognize the Gamertag, in spite of us being on opposite teams and your team whomping most of the players on mine, I felt like I did my best on that match, and led my team, although they were basically trash and did NOTHING in the vein or even remote-likeness of teamwork.
Anyway, Reyn above is totally RIGHT. You players who are complete and utter TRASH are the mainstay reason why people like myself, who are dedicated slayer players, cannot climb out of platinum. One day I’ll solo queue and grind up to Platinum-3, and due to having a trash team matchmade with myself, we get stomped something like 30 - 50. It’s truly unbelievable, and really, REALLY frustrating. I really have to struggle to maintain a level of adulthood and not to smacktalk the -Yoink- out of people like these people, after a match.
Here’s my gripe: it’s one thing that certain players might be trash, have a poor shot, have poor accuracy, not know where to situate themselves physically on a map at a certain time, not know when to crouch or maintain their present position…the list goes on and on, but my BIGGEST complaint and anger is caused by these people getting a kill/death ratio of 2 - 20. That bloody well frustrates the HELL out of me, and makes me nothing but pissed off, ESPECIALLY when I struggle and try hard all match and end up with between 15 - 20 kills. I don’t mind trying to CARRY some of you people out there, but when you NEVER follow some of the more experienced players’ leads, never queue in on hints from other players, and NEVER attempt to cover another player’s back, and run into the fray simply dying over and OVER and over again, that’s where I go ballistic on this foolishness. All you people do is end up causing people like me, who WANT to climb the ranks, to RAPIDLY lose the valuable CSR we’ve fought for so far. Please, if you’re going to just act reckless and careless and only care about yourself, ONLY play FFA and stay in Bronze where you belong, or simply play social or something else.
Furthermore, I personally have a bunch of different people I sometimes play team slayer with, but as Reyn CORRECTLY pointed out above, this doesn’t always work out for everyone, and not everyone can always Fireteam up with one another, resulting in the NEED to solo queue. That being said, players like myself and Reyn want someone who at least is willing to LEARN and listen a bit, and not some arrogant piece of reckless trash who totally causes the team to lose. It’s truly sad to see such a disappointing level of skill from across the globe: I totally, totally second that motion, hands down.
Step up your game, or don’t play. Everyone has bad games, yes, 100%, but still, people like mentioned ABOVE can at least try to have our backs , or provide SOME level of assists. They’re mainly just deadweight bringing the entire team down. So, as Reyn and I both agree with here, there HAS to be an alternate way to circumvent stupidity in individuals like those schweens who just want to flop the entire game and don’t even care. I of course back out of matchmaking after such matches to avoid teaming up with people like this, but the matchmaking system doesn’t seem to care and I just CONSTANTLY get Potato Squad.
Kudos to those of you out there who try, at least try to give a certain level of teamwork, and aren’t DUMB as a box of rocks as per the people above.
That also being said, I’m looking for anyone who wants to team up in a fairly regular fireteam for an ultimate ONYX climb. That’s my goal. But for real…it’s no joke…it’s almost IMPSOSSIBLE to climb the ranks when you 90% of the time have fools on your team who are nothing but sheer deadweight.
