I was kinda hoping for Oddball and Ricochet to be part of the new playlist, rather than just Custom Games options. Still, hopefully they’ll add them along side Infection in March.

Hopefully they have a true purple in those color changes! I don’t want to rock a purple that is actually pink!

Also, are those loadout weapons with hammer blades on them?
Not impressed to be honest. I really don’t like Arena, way too “hardcore” focussed for my tastes so another Arena map means little to me. No new Warzone or BTB maps is disappointing. At least we’re getting new gametypes I guess.
EDIT: They’re adding more colours??? It’s about time! Why on earth were these not in the game at launch? Ridiculous. I can finally rock my favourite colour duo now
Gravity Hammer time is going to be nuts in warzone.
I wonder what that mythic thing is. It almost looks like a grunt with two stickies, but that doesn’t really make any sense.
Also, did anyone notice the new variant of DMR and probably every other load out weapon? Looks like the energy bayonet, but maybe a hammer instead of a sword?

Yeah, that disappointed me too. I think each update should have 2 maps of each type, but 343 doesn’t think so

I hope they do a community BTB thing like they did with breakout, and then add those maps into the rotation if people like them. Plus I wonder what ever happened to the rig remix, I would have liked to see that alongside this new arena map…but maybe next month then.

Yeah, I have to admit that I’m rather disappointed as well… Helioskrill was always that special armour to me, but now it’s just like every other set. I don’t care if the skins are different, it doesn’t change the fact that Helioskrill is no longer special. Plus, chances are that the new skins will look like gak anyway, as they tend to.
On the bright side, the Decimator helmet looks astonishingly like Mark V**, so that’s a nice plus!**
New colors! Finally a darker purple and sage green. Yes, looks like some helioskrill reqs, yes it may frustrate some but there is no point in getting mad. I was one of the few that earned Recon in Halo 3 by doing the vid masters before it was handed out to every player. I understand it sucks, but I am pretty sure “Josh” I believe, tweeted that the original Helioskrill is already obtainable in reqs since day one. Not wasted work getting the original because you achieved it and used it most likely flaunting your hot-ness.
There is always Achilles to have that special armor, for awhile at least.
But new colors is great. I am all good with this preview.
I like the new colors and finally we got “most” of the full emblem customization back. I’ll bet Ricochet, Grifball, and Assault can tide me over until the next update. Anyways I’m interested in the new map, I hope it has a H2 BR and a Gravity Hammer on it.
Also please tell me that mythic is NOT a Grunt Pet for Warzone…

The decorator is the closest thing available to the Mark VII Naomi wore if I recall correctly.**

It clearly is IMO. The helmet and chest is WAY too similar not to be.

The chest is similar, but the Helmet is completely different. It’s not a direct copy or even an evolution. I’d say inspired by Mark V B but that’s it. And also in the past 343 has clearly labelled things properly if it was from a previous game.
