Fixed, and what ? I don’t know what to think.
Nothing was added to Reach, I don’t think it’s real. Maybe with the TU, but not now.

Why are Forerunners not at top? And why is Halo one of them? LOL And what is Transsentient?
Just some custom ranks a website added to give users something to aim for, no new ranks will be added to Reach.
Besides, look at the year for the highest rank.
I doubt any of us will be playing this game in 31.2 years.

100% Correct. And while some people may have 31 more years to go, there are MANY people on the site that are a year or less from that Rank.
The ranks were designed to be achievable by people who already have Inheritior or Reclaimer (MANY have that).
I think the new ranks are nice, are they perfect? no. And we’re going to continue to improve them.
