They actually found a way to make a bad ranking system even worse. Essentially broken. Sorry 343 for the scrutiny, but its ridiculous that you win 4 games; bar doesnt move. You lose 1 game; lose half a rank. This is the case 90% of the time in my experience. And why do unranked players effect rank gain/loss? They could be onyx.
Regarding placements: The game seems to care 90% about damage dealt/ amount of kills, penalizing players that play more reserved and focus on mainting spawns and control.
