do you mean the new radar as in the 18m, or the new 25m? because with the inclusion of spartan charge, the 18m is useless. and the new 25m still isn’t in the game yet sadly
Havent tried the new one yet (25) but i believe is gonna work marvelous on Arena games.

Yes, sadly. Only reason I got on yesturday was to try the radar. I only stayed on after finding out it is having issues (deployment issue is confirmed on sketchs twitter in case you don’t know) since I didn’t want to abandon my friends, I’ve been pretty much done with this game for a while now but if 343 could re tweak things I may come back (doubtful with mass effect andromeda coming out real soon).

There is no ETA. Quinn says they’re working on trying to get it out today but “no promises”.
