New Promethean enemy revealed!

In the recent campaign gameplay released (link below) a new enemy was featured. It shoots deadly beams, almost like Hunters. Watchers can deploy it using the same animation used when reviving Knights.

Assuming it follows the same code-name pattern as the rest of the Promethean enemies, I think that this one has the code-name of Rook. Can’t wait to see more information.

Thank you, OP, for actually using the “copy video URL at current time” feature correctly. I like these new enemies, too! Like stationary Sentinels, that supposedly only have certain “windows” when you can shoot and kill them.

I think we might see more of these defense turrets around forerunner structures.

Turret or not, it still can be summoned by Watchers and can deal a lot of damage.

Prob the Auto turret AA.

Could be a turret but someone had pointed out in yesterday’s bulletin that one of the devs said the name bishop I believe in one of those paragraphs talking about the promethean guns

I don’t think that the Auto Sentry can do that much damage, nor does it shoot in a continuous beam.
