I have recently seen several posts about the lack of DLC maps in the rotation other than in DLC playlists. I have personal not noticed this but now it has been brought to my attention, and I agree. Why doesn’t 343i make 3 more playlists consiting of Crimson DLC, Majestic DLC, (keeping the) Castle DLC, and a mixed playlist of all 9 maps? Seems simple right? Please the players, keep the game alive.
For BTB, i gotta say, Settler pops up almost everytime. I wish that were Shatter or Wreakage.
For Inf Slayer, too much Haven, and Adrift. I wish Skyline and Landfall appeared more frequent. I am NOT a fan of Monolith. Too many campers with the damn Beam Rifle.
But remember, the players you are paired up with, is the only way to make the DLC’s pop up, IF they all have the maps, if not, they will not appear. Its like the DLC issue back in Reach, if you remember.

I know all the players in the match must have the DLC. That is not the problem. What if I want to play a Majestic map to get an achievement or just want to play Majestic and I have to wait until the map pops up every 1/100 times? If 343 made playlists of each DLC that problem would be fixed.
Because that would be three very scarcely populated playlists. DLC playlists have a history of aving super low populations soon after being released.

That would be a good idea, but remember when DLC Playist in Reach was removed, and the list of complaints regarding its removal. Even if we try to convince 343 to have just a single playlist with any gametype and has DLC maps only, they won’t do it. That actually gets me, b/c I’m still looking for DLC maps to obtain achievements and its just hell to find them.

Same here. I am so tired of DMRtler… The map is good IMO, but some players are ruining it by just using the crossmap rifle… You can always message me if you want to play DLC. I got friends with Crimson and Majestic and we play sometimes.

I think this is the plan the next time a major playlist comes out, I saw it on the bulletin or something
